Maintenance Request?

Feltrim Property Management strives for exceptional service and prompt responses to all maintenance requests. In an effort to ensure we meet those expectations, we ask that you tell us about your maintenance issues in detail when describing the problems so we can address the repairs in a more timely manner. Requests that are not specific could delay our response as we may misdiagnose the problem after arriving in your home.

Below is a basic list of maintenance tasks that the tenant is responsible for, and do not constitute the full list that may include items listed in your lease, HOA guidelines, etc. Tenants are responsible to maintain and repair the following at the tenant’s expense:

  • A/C Filter
  • A/C Drain Line Clogs and Preventative Care
  • Pest Extermination
  • Plumbing Stoppages
  • All landscape maintenance not otherwise noted in lease or HOA documents
  • Fertilization and Preventative Pest Care of Lawn and Shrubs
  • Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
  • Water Conditioners
  • Smoke Detector Batteries
  • All Light Bulb Replacement
